He also told about the cause of incident .He told that a large number of devotees had gathered to take bath on the auspicious occasion of Moni Avashya.Due to the breaking of the barricading placed on the way to the Akhara Parishad, the crowd moved towards the devotees sitting on the other side, due to which an atmosphere of stampede was created.
On the spot, the police administration started rescue operations. All the injured were taken to the nearest hospital through ambulance. 90 people were admitted to the hospital, out of which 30 unfortunate persons died, still 30 persons are injured who are admitted in the hospital. And the rest have been sent home.
